Ross is a Project Manager with over three years of experience practicing civil design in the Palouse Region.  Ross’ experience spans a broad range of engineering services including road, site, utility, and storm drainage design.  His experience working on public and private residential, large scale student housing, and commercial developments has given him the knowledge and experience to pursue his Professional Engineering license in Spring 2020.  Additionally, Ross manages all of our Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) inspection projects throughout the Palouse region.
