Scott is a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. He spent the first eight years of his career in the Vancouver/Portland area for a private multi-disciplinary firm (HHPR), working primarily on road and school projects. In 2015, Scott opened a satellite office for HHPR in Moscow and managed that office until leaving to create SynTier Engineering. 

 

Scott has extensive experience in road and site design, as well as stormwater quality and quantity design.
