Tom has over 29 years of project management and project design experience in several civil engineering disciplines including site design, roads, utilities, drainage and plats. He has also been actively involved in the construction management, surveying and inspection of a variety of projects.

 

Tom has extensive experience working with a wide range of school districts, colleges and universities. He has the ability to collaborate with all stake holders to provide an effective and cost efficient design and ensures prompt assistance during bidding and construction.
